TOTAL COST EXPLAINED:
Prices for the chalet above are for the entire chalet on a self catered & sole occupancy basis but with all bookings the following additional charges apply:
If you would like the CATERED OPTION then an additional £275pp is applicable.
AND then you need to add:
£12pp for Tourist Tax
£25pp for towels / bed linen and
£400 for the ‘final clean’.
EG If you wanted to book Wk 6 (20 Jan 2023 – 27 Jan 2023) the price for a group of 10 would be:
Self Catered: £4000 + (10 x £12) + (10 x £25) + £400 Total = £4 770
Catered: £4000 + (10 x £12) + (10 x £25) + (10 x £275) + £400. Total = £7 520

We will then email you back with a Booking Form and arrange to take your DEPOSIT PAYMENT.
Booking Conditions:
‘Winter Prices’ includes the
* Standard catered package
* Linen & towels
* Tourist tax
All prices are for sole occupancy of the entire chalet.
No baby food or food for infants is provided.
Check In / Out Times:
Check in is from 3:30pm onwards
Check out is 9:30am at the latest.
The chalet NEEDS to be empty during this time window to allow our cleaners to get the chalet ready for our new group following a departing group.
Menu – our contactless ‘winter catering’:
In winter our contactless ‘catered food’ package is a mouth watering menu – 6 evening meals, 7 breakfasts and 5 ‘afternoon teas’.
Payment Terms:
£1000 deposit required to secure your booking
Full balance of payment required 3 months prior to your arrival
If your booking is made within 3 months of arrival then FULL payment is required at point of booking
Payment Methods:
Payment can be made by BACS or Cheque only (not credit or debit card)
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations by the client:
Prior to the 3 month before arrival date – the client loses 100% of their DEPOSIT.
Within 3 months of their arrival date – the client loses 100% of their FULL BOOKING COST IE the total cost of their booking.
Cancellations by Mountain Chalet:
100% of ALL monies (whether deposit or balance of payment) is refunded back to the client in the event of Mountain Chalet cancelling a booking.
